| Bereavement Counselling |
Bereavement Counselling Service offers confidential
counselling on a one to one basis. It helps those who are experiencing
complicated grief with unresolved issues, those who have suffered
trauma or sudden death, those coping with the loss of a spouse,
child, sibling, parent, friend etc.

| Ceremony of Light |
An evening of ritual, reflection and prayer around the Crib and Christmas tree, offering support and solace to those bereaved by suicide.

| Rainbows Programme For Children/Adolescents |
Rainbows is a peer-support programme to assist
children and adolescents who are grieving a death, separation
or other painful transition in their family.
Begins: Wednesday, October 4th, 6pm - 6.45pm.
Facilitators: Teams of trained facilitators. |
| Prism Programme |
A 12 week course for parents/guardians who have suffered a loss through death or separation. Topics in the programme are similar to those covered each evening in Rainbows.
