Counselling

We offer individual counselling in the following areas - physical, emotional, sexual and psychological abuse, depression, personal growth issues, family and relationship problems.

By appointment: 046 9021407, Office Hours Monday - Friday, 10am - 1pm.

Supervision

Supervision is available for people involved in pastoral and/or voluntary work.

Bereavement Counselling

Bereavement Counselling Service offers confidential counselling on a one to one basis. It helps those who are experiencing complicated grief with unresolved issues, those who have suffered trauma or sudden death, those coping with the loss of a spouse, child, sibling, parent, friend etc.

Bereavement Training

Training of teams of volunteers to work with bereaved in their own locality.

Healing Programme

Five weeks healing programme for the suicide bereaved.
Begins: Tuesday, November 7th, 8pm for five cansecutive Tuesdays.

Ceremony of Light
An evening of ritual, reflection and prayer around the Crib and Christmas tree, offering support and solace to those bereaved by suicide.
Date: December 19th, 7.30pm.
Rainbows Programme For Children/Adolescents

Rainbows is a peer-support programme to assist children and adolescents who are grieving a death, separation or other painful transition in their family.

Begins: Wednesday, October 4th, 6pm - 6.45pm.
Facilitators: Teams of trained facilitators.

Prism Programme

A 12 week course for parents/guardians who have suffered a loss through death or separation. Topics in the programme are similar to those covered each evening in Rainbows.
