These and many other questions are enlightened by the Enneagram, an ancient and reliable way of helping us understand ourselves and others. Ideal to help spouses, communities and workmates understand each other.

Anger Facilitation & Expression

The purpose of this experimental group work is to recognise and identify reactions to self and others, begin to understand responses thus helping improve interactions. Individuals will be invited to explore their own experience and gain a self awareness around their own difficulties with anger. The workshop is offered in a safe and confidential environment for adults who feel ready to begin uncovering and exploring their own experience.

Personal Growth and Development

This course is designed to raise self knowledge and awareness. Realising our strengths and personal abilities helps build our confidence and self worth. The course is geared to helping participants gain new insights, develop assertiveness and create openness to new opportunities in life.

Shen

A hands on healing therapy which works on a person's natural internal energy to release deep seated emotional pain or trauma. When painful emotion is cleared, physical disorders e.g. migraine, irritable bowel syndrome etc. can disappear. Shen can help with phobias, anxiety attacks, recovery from childhood abuse. Workshops are held throughout the year on residential or non-residential basis.

Meath Diocesan Choir
Pilgrimage to Knock - August 12th.
New members welcome to the choir at all times. The choir offers an opportunity to learn new material and musical skills to take back to the local parish to enhance the quality of liturgy.
Members enjoy the experience of singing together in the large group at various Diocesan events including Lourdes.
Carol Services: Two carol services are held each year in the diocese. Dates and venues available later.
